A course for therapists and counselors who want to incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into their work with clients. This course will be focused on specific skills and approaches you can immediately implement in your sessions.



DBT for Everyone
A course for therapists and counselors who want to incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy in their groups and individual work with clients. This course will be focused on specific skills and approaches you can immediately implement in your groups and individual sessions.



MI for Everyone
A course for staff at all levels to develop foundational Motivational Interviewing skills to use in all kinds of client interactions, from individual therapy to case management to milieu management.



Gender Responsive Services
A course on implementing Trauma Informed Care in individual and agency work that focuses on the specific risks and needs of women, and the specific risks and needs of men.



Running Groups
A course for therapists, counselors, social workers, and other staff who are running various types of client groups within agency/organizational settings. This course will cover the planning stages as well as the beginning, middle and end stages of a group, with a focus on specific skills and approaches you can immediately apply to your group planning and facilitation.



Trauma Informed Mindfulness
Many clinicians use mindfulness-based approaches in their work, yet aren’t familiar with the way mindfulness exercises can trigger trauma responses in clients. This course will present safe, trauma informed approaches to mindfulness exercises that you can immediately incorporate into work with groups and individual clients who may have a history of trauma.
