About Us
A different kind of eLearning agency.
Our Approach
Many online courses for mental health professionals are simply recordings of past in-person trainings or recordings of webinars. While these offerings can be beneficial, it’s very difficult for learners to apply what they’ve learned to their work. Learning Alchemy’s courses are different—they’re focused on what clinicians and other behavioral health professionals need to DO in their work. They’re specifically and intentionally designed to support learners to develop and apply these new skills.
I work collaboratively with treatment centers, non-profits, government agencies, and community-based organizations to develop continuing education and workplace training that meets each organization’s specific, unique needs. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach, while also taking a broad view of involved teams, organizations, and the larger systems that impact services, performance and learning.

Practitioner & Instructional Designer
I’m Mary Beth Faccioli and I founded Learning Alchemy in 2013. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with decades of experience as a trainer and instructional designer.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, clinical supervisor and trainer, my goal is to support behavioral health clinicians and human services professionals to provide the best care and services for clients. I do this in part through developing and providing engaging online training courses for staff and clients.
