I’m Mary Beth Faccioli and I founded Learning Alchemy in 2013. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with decades of experience as a trainer and instructional designer. I’m passionate about adult learning and about supporting practitioners to provide the best care and services for clients. I have a personal and professional commitment to anti-oppressive practice and hold a feminist stance in my work (translation: collaborative, relational, accounting for oppressive systems that impact care and services).

I specialize in online learning, including self-directed elearning and blended approaches. I also provide in-person training for practitioners and clients in Denver, CO. I’m what’s known as a “unicorn”, with a strong background in web design, graphic design, presentation design, audio and video production, learning management system administration, research (I also hold a Masters in Library and Information Science), and organizational development, As a social worker, I bring clinical, coaching, and case management skills as well as subject matter expertise to all of my work.

I pride myself on my ability to establish great relationships with subject matter experts and other staff in organizations to ensure our work meets your unique needs. A top goal for me is for those I work with to leave a project feeling great about our collaboration and the quality work we've accomplished together.
